My logo declares that my brand is all about “Star Wars gaming”, though admittedly I hardly stream Star Wars games other than The Old Republic. I have from time to time streamed an hour or two of Star Wars: Empire at War (which I really enjoy, by the way), though hardly enough to justify calling myself a “Star Wars” gamer.
Now, however, with the release of Star Wars: Battlefront II, I find myself really itching to get into the more visceral gameplay -and to share it with my friends.
So that said, I am proud to announce that I will be adding BF2 to my streaming rotation. So keep an eye on the Schedule page. I will keep it updated with my intended stream times as usual, and I will try to put some decent time into streaming BF2 as well as SWTOR.
I must warn you about two things, however: First, I am not anywhere near as critical or serious about BF2 as I am reading in the fan community. I don’t intend to offer extensive critiques about loot boxes, unlocks and the very many things that have the community all wound up. That brings me to number two: I am just in it for the fun as an extremely casual player. That means most of the time I am going to be getting my butt kicked in the PVP matches, and if I find myself not having fun, I’ll do something else -and I am okay with that.
If you can handle those two caveats, you’re welcome to join me for the hours I stream BF2! So far, however, I”ve had a lot of fun even when I lose hopelessly-repeatedly-maliciously. Hope to see you there!
